The duration of the administrative processing will vary based on the individual circumstances of each case. Except in cases of emergency travel (i.e. serious illnesses, injuries, or deaths in your immediate family), before making inquiries about status of administrative processing, applicants should wait at least 180 days from the date of interview or submission of supplemental documents, whichever is later.
Once your passport has been sent to DHL, the Embassy is not in charge of the delivery process, therefore we cannot provide a waybill number.
The delivery process can take up to 2 weeks, and you will get your waybill number on the Yatri website at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/es-co/iv/ approximately 5 working days after shipment.
NOTE: Please be aware that any mistake on your personal information would delay the delivery process. Check carefully your personal information before logging out.
For further questions regarding the delivery process please contact https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-co/iv/information/contact_us
