TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT:
To schedule an appointment, please determine the service you require: Passport, Consular Report of Birth Abroad and Passport (CRBA) or Notarial Services.
Next, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and in the subject line indicate the service you require. Example: Subject: Passport Renewal
You will receive a reply with the date and time of your appointment. If you are able to attend the appointment, please respond to the email with the following information:
Name of the person requiring the service. Contact information ( Name, Telephone, email address)
When you respond, your appointment will be scheduled for the date and time set in the email.

The Consular Agency accepts passport applications, provides notary services, documents children born to U.S. citizens in Colombia, documents deaths of U.S. citizens, and assists U.S. citizens in emergency situations on Colombia’s north coast. See the links under “U.S. Citizen Services” for forms and fees for consular services. Emergency passports are normally available in 5 business days, and regular passports in 15 business days.
