Message for U.S. Citizens
The U.S. Embassy is coming to Pereira!

To further assist U.S. citizens in Colombia, the U.S. Citizen Services will be visiting Pereira on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. We will accept passport services (Renewals and replacements). We will also be providing information on How to vote for the next electoral season 2020. These are the ONLY services that will be provided on that day. We will not have Notarial services. As a reminder, we do not respond any questions related to Immigrant and/or Non-Immigrant Visas.

Hours: 8:00 to -12:00 and 14:00 to 15:00

IMPORTANT

ONLY CASHIER’S CHECK (cheque de Gerencia) in Colombian pesos will be accepted. The fees to pay according the service requested will be published near the date of the event.

Delivery: Courier service is mandatory. A DHL representative will be available to schedule return delivery services at an additional cost of $18.300 Colombian pesos. This payment can only be made in cash.

You will need to bring all required filled forms and support documents as listed on the U.S. Embassy website.
