Message for U.S. Citizens: The U.S. Embassy is coming to Cali!
To further assist U.S. citizens in Colombia, American Citizens Services will be visiting Cali May 3 – 4, 2023. We will only accept passport renewal services with the DS-11 form. Please do not schedule an appointment for renewals with DS-82 forms as a mail-in process has been available since April 18, 2022. (As a reminder, we do not respond any questions related to immigrant and/or non-immigrant visas.)

Location: Cali, Valle del Cauca (Exact address to be sent upon approved appointment request.)

IMPORTANT: Only a CASHIER’S CHECK (cheque de gerencia) in Colombian pesos will be accepted as payment. The exact fees to pay according to the service requested will be published near the date of the event. If the requirements are not met, the application will not be accepted.
Courier Service: In order to deliver the new passport, it is mandatory to purchase a DHL delivery service. For more information regarding DHL services, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will need to bring filled and printed DS-11 forms with barcodes and the supporting documents listed on the website.
