Message for U.S. Citizens: Limited Resumption of Routine American Citizen Services
U.S. Embassy Bogota is resuming limited routine services for U.S. citizens in Colombia, including passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, as well as notarial services. To make an appointment, go to the Embassy’s U.S. Citizen Services page and follow the instructions. When the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation message. Visa services remain limited to a small number of specific visa categories. Information can be found on our visa page.
Embassy Bogota continues to observe federal, state, and local health guidelines and to prioritize the safety of our customers and employees. To promote social distancing, all services are now provided on the Embassy’s large outdoor patio. The entrance is on the north side of the compound, along Avenida Carrera 50.
