Event: The Embassy advises U.S. citizens that demonstrations protesting violence against women are planned November 25 at the following times and locations:
- Bogota: 2:00 pm – El Sector de Heroes, Calle 80/Autopista Norte to Secretaria de Salud, Cra. 32/Calle 12; Universidad Nacional to the statue of La Pola, Cra. 2A/Calle 18; Calle 26/Cra. 30 to Somos un Rostro; Medicinal Legal; Parque Verbernal
- Barranquilla: 11:00 am – Fiscalia, Paseo Bolivar
- Bucaramanga: 1:00 pm – Universidad Industiral de Santander
- Cali: 9:00 am – Concejo Municipal to Cra 3. #9-28; 2:00 pm Secretaria de Educacion; 4:30 pm Universidad del Valle
- Cartagena: 2:00 pm – Pie de la Popa
- Ibague: 2:00 pm – Universidad del Tolima
- Medellin: 10:00 am – Parque Bolivar; 2:00 pm – Parque de la Resistencia
- Pasto: 3:30 pm – Plaza de Carnaval
- Pereira: 4:00 pm – Parque de la Libertad
- Popayan: 8:00 am – Radio Calera

The Embassy advises U.S. citizens to avoid areas around demonstrations whenever possible and exercise caution when in the vicinity of large gatherings as even peaceful demonstrations have the potential to turn violent without any warning.
